We have an Open event at Lake Crabtree County Park on November 15, 2015. Note that we now call “Regular” events “Open” events. That means that everyone is welcome, we have a full set of courses (from beginner to advanced, White through Red), and a class to introduce beginners the sport. The class will start at 12.30.
The event starts at noon and everybody must finish by 3 PM.
Enter the park through the main entrance, proceed about a mile down the road and park at “Boat Rental” parking area. Then walk north-east to the White Oak shelter, where the start will be located. According to the park’s rules, we WILL NOT have signs along the road, that would point you to the parking/start. Use park’s signs for “Boat Rental” parking and also refer to the map below, where the parking area and the start are marked. Note also two “out-of-bounds” areas on the map.
If you are bringing a group of 5 or more people please pre-register for this event.
Help with control pick-up would be greatly appreciated.
