Advanced events are for expert level BOK members only. In addition you must have your own Finger Stick and you must pre-register before Noon Friday. This event will start at noon at the picnic area to the west of the parking lot.

We will have a REGULAR event at Umstead Park (North) on Sunday December 9, 2012. Everyone is welcome, and we will have a beginners class at 12:30. Our next Regular event is at Umstead North, September 9 2012.

There is a new advanced training event, in an unmapped portion of Raven Rock, north of the river, to be held Sunday, Aug 26.

The event is confirmed for Aug 19! We will be having a mini Radio “O” course at the event.  We will set out 3 radio transmitters and will have a couple of receivers for you to borrow.  You use the receivers to find the transmitters the same way they track bears with transmitters (only we…
