On Saturday October 22, BOK will hold a Member event on a brand new sprint map of Carolina Friends School in Chapel Hill. This is event is open only to: (a) BOK members or (b) students, family, faculty, or staff of Carolina Friends School. Members of the school community will be charged $2 per person, to cover BOK’s costs. Please pre-register for this event here, preferably before Friday, October 21, so that we know how many maps to print. Two short (2.5 km) sprint courses will be offered on a brand new 1:5000 map. The school is located on Friends School Road, and registration will be in front of the main gym (GPS coordinates: 36.007172, -79.022180; Map here). Starts can be accommodated between noon and 2:00, with control pickup beginning around 3:00.
