Have Fun in the Woods Orienteering… with the best maps in the world
Backwoods Orienteering Klub, founded November 15, 1978 sponsors events and teaches orienteering in the North Carolina piedmont, around Raleigh, NC.
We invite you to try orienteering with us. Everyone is welcome at all our events. We always offer beginning, intermediate, advanced and expert courses (routes through the woods) at every Regular event.
If you need to rent one of our receivers for the World Champs now is your chance. BOK has exclusive option to rent them until June 26, and then we will offer the rental to others.
We only have 6 of the 2m receivers, and 8 of our usual 80m receivers, however we should be getting more of the OK2BWN receivers at the Champs that will go into our rental program.

We shouldn’t be renting BOK 80m receiver #4. It probably will not be repaired by then.
